Today completed my Nyonya cuisine recipes cooking demo with my cooking friend Jackie using Thermomix & Cooven. My chicken curry capitan with Sambal brinjal , Steam coconut spice glutinous rice & Pandan Lemon grass drinks. Nyonya Cuisine is unique with using lots fresh ingredients such as red onion , chillie, few types of ginger, spices to make it aroma & delicious. I am happy to share my recipes with friends that enjoy cooking & I am glad students like our Nyonya food today.
