Just wrapped up another incredible 3 days with an amazing & energetic team- IMPACH. This group came in with a strong desire seeking for significant change, transformation and even being open to a thorough overhaul if necessary. Super glad that everyone left on the last day with a clear and focused plan for the next steps- “the what, why, when & how”. This is exactly what The Wings is all about. Can’t wait to see the real transformation unfold very soon. IMPACH team, MANTAP!

It's finally time for staff gathering after several months of misses. Although our original plan for cycling adventure was ruined by a heavy downpour, we decided to go on an impromptu car ride around the town, exploring different places along the way. Despite the change in plans, we made the most of our Saturday morning, bonded over laughter, treated ourselves to a delicious Dimsum breakfast, and challenged ourselves with some trivia questions. It turned out to be a lovely Saturday morning!

小小手工皂生意也可以透过添翼工程来寻找出独特的商业模式，并将其转变为大企业，这次 Savon - The Soapmaker 就是一个很好的例子。2022年12月20号，创办人 Joyce 带着5名共创股东，千里迢迢来到槟城积极参与了为期三天的企业蜕变课程 - The Wings。在这个课程中，他们找到了企业灵魂，定位，销售策略、员工激励机制，企业预算，目标设定，领导和管理技巧、团队建设和沟通技能等，为公司的未来发展奠定了坚实的基础。

Savon 的前景一片光明，指日可待。

The Wings Business Lab is able to transform a small company to a large corporate via its unique business model that we found during the transformation programme, and Savon - The Soapmaker is a great example of this. On December 20, 2022, founder Joyce, along with five co-founders, traveled a long way to Penang to participate in a three-day business transformation programme - The Wings Business Lab. In this programme, they found their corporate positioning, sales strategy, employee incentive mechanism, corporate budgeting, goal settings, leadership and management skills, team building, and communication skills necessary for the company's future development, and they had laying a solid foundation.

The future of Savon looks very promising.

Indeed, the 3 days left everyone exhausted at the same time feeling fulfilled and contended when ideas, thoughts and opinions were validated and translated into a clear business blueprint.
