Paling naiss moment la bila ada student yang happy sb dpt lose weight dan jadi lebi sihat dr hari pertama dtg training..
7 bulan dpt lose 11kg.. Bangga atas usaha kamu sendiri..Bkn jga sinang mau kurus... Mau jaga makan lg..mau exercise lg... Mau disiplin lg.. Bkn sinang tu mandak...
Ramai jga yg takut pilih training kickboxing untuk menguruskan badan...takut tlmpau heavy workout.. Tp anda berjaya buktikan tiada apa yg mustahil..
Untuk student2 lain...harap kamu pn happy training dgn kami.. Yg penting happy2 and jgn stress2..
Bagi yg mau belajar pertahanan diri, mau jd sihat, mau kurus, mau fit atau saja mau bekawan2..dtg la try2 sini.. Coach pn friendly, pindik2 tagap..Dlm hati ada taman...Eh....😂
