最近高中生，因為短影音而讀不下書的學生人數變多。

看抖音的人尤其上升，基本上只要有看抖音上癮的學生，書都念得很不好。

滑太多reel 或shorts效果也一樣。

學生來求住的時候，都是明知到不行，但停不下來。

這點請各位家長，要留意，這個現象並沒有因為這篇文章一年前的轉貼，而出現改善。

我反而覺得更惡化。

短影音刺激大腦產生多巴胺，造成"抖音腦"，傷害孩子大腦

大人應該思考一下，在小孩面前看短影音，對孩子的深遠影響。

觀看無止盡十五秒的抖音，會傷害孩童 "長時間專注力"，使他們無法從事於沒有立刻得到滿足反饋的活動，作者稱之為"抖音腦"。

"Viewing endless 15-second TikToks hurts kids’ attention spans and makes it harder for them to participate in activities that don’t offer instant gratification, an effect I dubbed “TikTok brain.” "

貴州財經大學與西密西根大學發現 YT與抖音的短影音，讓觀看者產生"上癮"行為。

" A new study from Guizhou University of Finance and Economics in China and Western Michigan University found that short-form videos such as those on YouTube and TikTok engage people through “short bursts of thrills,” which can make it easier to develop addictive behavior."

(我個人認為最可怕的是這個，但是許多大人好像沒有發現問題的嚴重性。)

Robert Verderese 發現他十四歲的兒子太過沉迷YT，導致即使自己兒子沒戴耳機的時候。都會疑似聽不到爸爸在跟他講話。

Robert Verderese says his 14-year-old son has become so absorbed in YouTube Shorts that he can’t seem to hear his dad tell him to put down his phone, even though he doesn’t wear headphones.

這個我也在很多影音上癮學生身上觀察到，他已經上癮到聽不懂文字。

真的就是聽不懂他的母語的狀況。

先前研究顯示快步調的影音，會干擾孩子正確處理日常事務的能力，以及會減少他們克制衝動。

"Previous studies found that watching fast-paced videos interferes with children’s ability to perform tasks correctly and decreases their ability to control their impulses."

在高中端會遇到學生理解能力非常薄弱，而且連母語的使用上都有點小狀況。

這並非說他們遲緩，而是日常生活他們都沒有問題，但是需要長邏輯思維的組織、句子。你馬上會看到學生眼神呆掉，然後接著會聽到他說"書看不下去"、"覺得煩悶"、"焦躁"。

然後，你跟他說做一件事情的步驟是ABC，他會說好，他知道要做ABC，下次給你做DEF。

你問他知道要做ABC嗎? 他說知道，但是他不知道為什麼會做DEF。

接著就是等到月考、大考近了，他們就會很焦慮擔心來不急。問說怎麼樣會有分數。

真正跟授課老師拉扯的，不是那個考題或課本，而是他們日常生活太多干擾。那個手機無止盡的餵養他們沒有營養的"短影音"，如前一篇文章說的 平日大腦 都在靠短影音 產生大量多巴胺。

"每天看短影音，獲取大量多巴胺滿足，這根本吸毒"

面對沒有立刻產生多巴胺滿足自己"癮"的，就通通讀不下去。

孩子還小的家長，真的要多留心，請把關孩子觀看影音內容。
