12-13 Disember 2023 | EPF : Effective User Stories for Agile Requirements

Pada permulaan sesi hari ke-2, peserta diminta untuk renung kembali apa yang telah dipelajari pada sesi hari pertama dan salah seorang peserta berkongsi refleksi beliau:

Sepertimana kita melaksanakan sistem agile dalam pekerjaan, kita sebagai manusia sebenarnya turut agile dalam menjalani kehidupan. Pelbagai masalah yang tidak terjangka muncul dalam perancangan kehidupan manusia lagi-lagi di dunia VUCA dan ia memaksa kita untuk menjadi agile dalam kehidupan.

Agile trainer, Herley juga menekankan nilai EMPATI dalam proses agile, dimana kita harus mengambil kira persepsi & perspektif pengguna, serta turut menjangka reaksi-reaksi pengguna terhadap sesuatu produk agar dapat menggunakan user stories yang lebih efektif.

Last week we spent our weekend with a 3-days session with Fresenius Medical Care, which provides dialysis treatment. Thank you to team Fresenius for entrusting us on running the session.

Last week on monday & tuesday, HRD Corp hosted a magnificent event for the people of Human Resource Development to gathered together for 2 days of learning and networking at MITEC, KL.

We also had a chance to open a booth this year and get to meet a lot of incredible people as well as familiar faces. Thank you to those who came to check out and visit our booth.

We hope everyone had a fun experience while strengthening the bonds between each other over the 2 days programme.

Yesterday, as we entered the 2nd day of October, we had our weekly meeting with the team, and one of the culture that we instil here in LEAP is to cultivate learning through reading books of our own choice in our free time. The book is to be summarized and shared with other members before we start our meeting to further internalize the content hence, enhancing our speaking and summarising skills.

Today, Arief shared with us some knowledge on the book HAPPY MONEY, The Japanese Art of Making Peace with Your Money, which challanges the way we view our relationship with money. Building a healthy relationship with our money can rid us of the stress and burden that most of us have on the way we handle our hard earned money.

We also had a refresher session with the team in preparation for our upcoming Managers Development Programme(MDP).
