If your baby is sick, take my advice and consult a pediatrician!
What we fear isn't the virus itself, but rather the negligence of parents who think the illness isn't serious. We're not advocating for any particular pediatric clinic, but only pediatrics can provide suitable and safe care for young children. Not everyone is aware that the current swab test is a 6-in-1 test.
Therefore, when schools require children to take the test, they often take them to a regular clinic and assume, "That's enough."
But that's not the truth! With so many viruses around, it's impossible to prevent them all completely. And effectively breaking the chain of transmission requires extreme caution.
Young children, especially in school environments with other children, shouldn't be upset about the possibility of testing positive for the virus, needing to isolate, staying home to care for the child, or having their work disrupted.
The primary purpose of taking your child to a pediatrician is to prevent them from contracting the virus. If the situation worsens, it's no longer as simple as just seeing a pediatrician. Hospitalization in the NICU and subsequent complications due to the child's weakened immune system are things no one wants.
Therefore, as responsible parents, when your child is sick, take them to a pediatrician to rule out any specific viruses as soon as possible. This is being responsible for your child and the other children at school.

Former Client Interview - Children's Social Skills Development
During the three years from birth to age three, Professor Nurdalila expressed a strong desire to see her child develop social skills. Throughout this period, as they experienced her child’s growth, she felt happy.
Some people believe that a child's social skills stem from their natural inclinations. While it's true that genetics play a role, we can also influence a child's social abilities through their environment.
For extroverted children, socializing involves finding the right balance. Extroverts tend to be more adventurous and willing to take risks, but they also need to learn how to engage with more introverted peers.
On the other hand, introverted children can develop their social skills by observing extroverted children and even guiding them. In an environment where different personalities complement each other, children can cultivate essential social skills.
It is essential to observe children, provide timely guidance, and avoid any excessive interference. We should only intervene when children genuinely need our assistance.
In the following video, we will discuss children's emotional development and the care they receive before the age of three. This is a key factor that will influence the trajectory of a child's emotional growth. Stay tuned for more information!

**Interview with Former Client (1) - Memorable First Encounter with Her Baby Girl**
Our former client, Nurdalila, is a lecturer at a college and one of the few Malay customers we have. In Malaysia, many Muslim clients consider whether the food is Halal and if it aligns with their religious beliefs. Since we started operating, we haven’t had many Malay customers.
Nurdalila's most profound impression of Tots ‘N’ Baby Care center was when she visited us with her baby, Daisha, who was just three months old. From the moment we met, baby Daisha kept smiling at me.
During our conversation, I explained that we are not Halal certified, but I shared information about where we source our cooking ingredients. Nurdalila responded that these details were minor to her; what she valued most was that her child was well cared for.
We understand the worries many parents have during the infant stage. Babies are young and cannot express their needs or take care of themselves, so they require complete care and emotional nurturing. It's crucial not to underestimate a child's ability to sense their environment, even at a very young age. They can perceive whether caregivers are loving and if the setting is friendly.
Don't assume that because your child can't verbalize their feelings, they aren't aware of what's happening around them. Even pre-verbal children can show their emotions through facial expressions. Ms. Nurdalila once jokingly asked me why her child preferred to stay at school instead of going home. 😄
Honestly, there’s no secret behind this; it’s about taking good care of your children. Let them have fun, maintain a regular routine, and ensure they feel loved at all times. When you do this, your children will love you back.
This is how we have maintained a strong three-year relationship between service providers and clients. Our customer journey has evolved step by step into a meaningful friendship, filled with warm memories and support.
In the next video, Professor Mom will share the social skills her child has developed at Tots ‘N’ Baby Care. Stay tuned!
