From early research focused on educating young children, Dr Montessori turned her attention to adolescence in the 1920s. Dr Montessori observed the students at this stage of development need activities that help them to understand themselves and to find their place in the world. Therefore, the Montessori Method is always creating an environment to foster the fulfillment of their highest potential – spiritually, emotionally, physically and intellectually. In conjunction, to foster the children’s natural desire to learn. In elementary years, the child begins to apply his knowledge to real world experiences – from concrete to abstract. Dr Montessori also wove peace into her curriculum, a result of having lived through two horrific world wars. It is a scientific method, practical & tested for bringing forth the very best in young human beings. It thought adults how to respect individual differences and emphasize social interaction rather than teaching of specific body of knowledge. Montessori is a learning for life.

We are getting ready to reopen the daycare in July 2020. This is a small group daycare for children age 7 - 12 years old. We provide homecooked meal and tuition (SJKC, SK, international school). Each class is less than 10 students. Limited intake.
