Don’t we appreciate beautifully crafted cars? Oh yes, there’s a certain satisfaction in the confidence of an effortless drive. This image popped up on one of my social media platforms, a memory some 7 years ago. Seeing this image got me thinking about what truly defines value in our daily journeys, whether we're in a luxury vehicle or not.
Reflecting on everyday journeys, a few things stand out:
1.The value of help: Whether it's giving a colleague a ride in the rain, or stopping to help an elderly person struggling to walk a long distance, supporting others brings true meaning to our day.
2. Parking etiquette is integrity: True class isn't about parking in a convenient spot that blocks others; it's about respecting shared spaces anytime, anywhere.
3. Small gestures matter: A high-end sports car driver letting me merge in traffic recently showed me that courtesy commands far more respect than the car itself.
The best vehicles offer prestige, but the best drivers offer courtesy and care.

Today I found a picture in my Honor camera.

So here it is, a reel using a CapCut template.

Honestly, we ladies are pretty vain when it comes to showing a nicer portrait when your camera has the native Beauty Mode. Surely they smoothen our complexion, diminish wrinkles with lighting adjustment.

Call that Self-Denial. We are just as happy.

But... Today, with the inception of AI, We can perform segmentation to features, sharper jawline, lips plumed, eyes grown bigger!!! And of course you can change a brand new background...practically you custom make yourself with AI mode. Anywhere, anyhow...

I used to follow and admire one speaker in all her reels. Suddenly her latest was .... phew!!!

So cute with distinctive bright eyes so sharp and disharmonious in scale to her face....gosh. I wonder. Why did she do that?

I was amazed when I came across this picture on Pinterest. It dawned on me that everyone of us, whether a business owner or corporate staff, walks in two different pairs of shoes—our professional values and our personal values.
We slip on our corporate footwear to build trust, drive growth, and collaborate with those who align with our professional values. Every business grows through values that align with its core, shaping the culture and the people who work within it.
This picture shows a truth we all live every day. While we have our busy corporate roles, we also have our private personal lives. The values within each world could be completely different.
For me, my personal values help me stay true to my family, friends, and community. But in my business, I run things based on three simple corporate pillars:
🔹 Integrity: To me, this means trustworthiness. I mean what I say, and I do what I say. It is about keeping my word completely.
🔹 Commitment: Never fall short of what we promise. Always do more than what is expected. I give 200% of my effort so my clients and participants can completely rely on me. In fact, they only need to apply 50% of what I teach to see a massive shift in their team's confidence.
🔹 Quality: This is about delivering real, high-standard training. I bring the same strict ex*****on standards I managed inside Chanel and P&G directly into the boardroom.
These values are the engine behind and every master training I curate and execute.. It is the real reason companies trust me to work with their teams...and so are my graduates and students.
