Our Year 3 students brought learning to life during an exciting educational visit to Petrosains, The Discovery Centre, connecting their IPC unit Time, Space and Place with their entry point, Footprints from the Past.

From exploring fossils and prehistoric life to discovering the wonders of space, energy and innovation, students experienced hands on learning that encouraged curiosity, critical thinking and scientific exploration. Every exhibit sparked new questions and exciting moments of discovery as students connected the past, present and future through interactive learning experiences.

A memorable day of exploration that inspired our young learners to think more deeply about the world around them and their place within it. ✨

🧮🏆 When Numbers Bring Minds Together 🏆🧮

Our 6th TIS Maths Challenge Day brought together Year 9 students from Taylor’s Puchong and Taylor’s KL for a day of mathematical thinking, problem solving and friendly competition.

Across individual and team challenges, students demonstrated impressive reasoning, resilience and collaboration as they tackled complex problems with confidence and determination. More than a competition, the event celebrated a shared passion for Mathematics, critical thinking and learning beyond the classroom.

Congratulations to all participants and award recipients, and a heartfelt thank you to our dedicated Mathematics teachers, Maths Council and student helpers who made the event such a success.

🎨🖼️ Where Creativity Meets Perspective 🖼️🎨

Our IGCSE Art students from Years 10 and 11 recently embarked on an inspiring educational visit to the National Art Gallery, where learning came alive through direct engagement with art in all its forms.

From paintings and sculptures to multimedia installations and contemporary works, students explored a diverse collection by both local and international artists, gaining deeper insight into artistic techniques, materials and visual storytelling.

By sketching, documenting ideas and engaging in thoughtful discussions, students strengthened their observational, analytical and critical thinking skills, while discovering new inspiration for their IGCSE Art coursework and creative projects.

A meaningful learning experience that continues to nurture creativity, confidence and artistic expression beyond the classroom. ✨

🧮🏆 More Than Just Numbers 🏆🧮

We were proud to host the Y6 AIMS Maths Challenge 2026, welcoming 42 teams from 21 schools across Malaysia for two exciting days of problem solving, collaboration and mathematical thinking.

Through a wide range of individual and team challenges, including Mental Maths, Relay, Maths Trail, Codebreaker and Construction rounds, students were encouraged to apply reasoning, think critically and persevere through complex tasks in a fun and engaging environment.

The event was filled with enthusiasm, resilience and teamwork, creating a positive atmosphere for students to learn, compete and connect with peers from schools across the country. We are especially proud of our own students, who represented Taylor’s Puchong with confidence, sportsmanship and determination throughout the competition.

🏸🏆 A Remarkable Month for Badminton 🏆🏸

May was an outstanding month for our U13 and U15 Badminton teams, with students delivering exceptional performances across both the AIMS and KLSL Badminton Tournaments.

From hard fought rallies to closely contested finals, our players demonstrated resilience, composure and determination throughout every match. Highlights included multiple medal finishes, an overall U13 Boys Team championship title, a U15 Boys Team championship victory, and strong runner-up finishes from both our U13 and U15 Girls Teams.

What stood out most was the character shown by our students, fighting for every point, supporting one another and rising to the challenge under pressure. These achievements reflect the dedication, teamwork and commitment our athletes continue to show both on and off the court.
