这是我们去年探访越南发展社区的影片。每次到社区探访时我都会领悟一样东西，就是生活的朴素。生存本该简单过活，体验生命乃是生活之道。

我经常觉得去"帮助"他们这个说法不对，因为实际上我们只是“协助”他们，能不能自立还是要靠他们自己的努力。而事实上他们也很努力，只是他们生长的环境没有我们那么有优势，需要我们来拉他们一把而已。

所以没必要把自己抬得太高然后低头往他们， 大家平行互相携手比较和谐，有意义。 尤其是在这充满挑战的时刻， 世界更需要撇开纠纷，共同度过疫灾。

世界经济萧条，贫困社区也一样受到影响，所以扶贫工作不能停，人道不能休假，世界也不能倒下。

所以大家加油，世界加油。 I'm IN!

Domestic Violence is a major public health problem; it may end with injury or even death of victims.

Domestic violence can happen to anyone regardless of age, ethnic backgrounds, and economic levels. Although it can happen to either gender, women are more vulnerable due to the physical dominance of men.
