The traveler cakes are of pound cake family, they are dense, moist and and not sweet.
In this class will be teaching flour and butter mixing method, no premixed flours or emulsifier are added. With this method of making, you won’t have separation problem in the batter during mixing. The cake taste entirely different from the normal pound cake, its moist, fine in texture, not greasy and melt in the mouth.
