Peaceful weekend a long time ago. No crowds, clean beaches

One of my favourite spots after school to sit under the shade and watch fishing boats and fisherman preparing their boats. I remember there was more trees then.

When the tide is out, PD has a unique smell of the ocean that till this day still lingers in my memory. Always know i am home when approaching the town.

Angklung was one of the first musical instruments i learned at school and joined the school band. Did anyone played the Angklung ??

In the 70's there was a padang next to the round about today, it was the field that is next to GEPS where annual sports day was held. Events like roll a bicycle wheel, gunny sack race and egg & spoon race was held. What do you remember about those days?
