What started with weeks of rehearsals, countless practices, and lots of laughter finally came to life on the big day!

During our 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟓 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲, the Paragon community came together to perform a 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐌𝐨𝐛 𝐚𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝟏𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Across 8 stations, our students, teachers, and staff members brought energy and excitement to the performance, surprising visitors and turning the event into an unforgettable moment for everyone.

From the first practice to the final performance, every step was filled with teamwork, dedication, and the spirit of moving together as one.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this special performance possible, and a special thank you to Ritzy Ballet Studio for their wonderful choreography and guidance. 🤝

𝐍𝐏𝐐𝐄𝐋 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

Paragon International School is honoured to have been selected as the international school in Johor to host the 2026 attachment activity for participants of the Program Kelayakan Profesional Pemimpin Pendidikan Kebangsaan (NPQEL).

Held from 17-19 August 2026, the three-day programme provided a meaningful platform for professional learning, observation, reflection and the exchange of educational leadership practices. We were pleased to welcome two NPQEL participants, Pn Wan Amiju binti Wan Ismail, PK HEM of SK Taman Desa Jaya, Johor Bahru, and Pn Hamidah binti Yahya, PK HEM of SMK Dato' Mohd Yunos Sulaiman, Pekan Nanas, Pontian.

Throughout the three days, the participants engaged with our school leaders and team members through observations, professional discussions and sharing across areas including school culture and leadership, teaching and learning, student wellbeing, parent engagement, data and technology, and school management practices.

More importantly, the programme created a valuable opportunity for educators from different school contexts to exchange perspectives, reflect on leadership practices and learn from one another.

We were also honoured to welcome Puan Rokiah binti Ahmad, Senior Principal Assistant Director, Unit Pendidikan Swasta, Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Johor, who joined us for the Reflection and Closing Session on 19 August 2026. Her presence and meaningful sharing added further value to the conclusion of the three-day programme.

Our sincere appreciation goes to the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM), Bahagian Pendidikan Swasta, Institut Aminuddin Baki (IAB), Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Johor, the NPQEL participants, and everyone involved in making this professional learning experience possible.

At Paragon, we believe that leadership grows through continuous learning, reflection and the sharing of good practices. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this professional exchange while also learning from the experiences and perspectives of our fellow educators.

We are excited to share that Paragon Private & International School has officially signed a Strategic Partnership MOU with R&F Princess Cove! 🤝✨

This collaboration marks an important step towards strengthening the connection between education and community, creating greater access to quality educational resources, experiences and support for families in Johor Bahru.

As part of this collaboration, R&F Princess Cove homeowners and R&F Group employees will be entitled to exclusive enrolment benefits at Paragon School.

“This year is also especially meaningful for Paragon as we celebrate our 10th anniversary. Over the past decade, one important lesson from our journey is that education is never the work of a school alone. It takes the collective efforts of educators, parents, partners and the wider community. We grow stronger when we grow together,” remarked Ms Chua Sing Zhi, School Director of Paragon Private & International School, at the MOU signing ceremony last Saturday.

She further shared that this partnership will bring Paragon and R&F Princess Cove closer together in creating a more connected educational pathway for families, while bringing quality education and support closer to the community.
