Required Documents for Malaysian Student Visa Application

These documents are required for admission and visa processing to the following universities:

- City University

- SEGi University

- INTI International University

- UCSI University

- ICMS University

- Taylor’s University

Required Documents:
1. Passport (Full Scan Copy - All Pages)

2. Academic Certificate & Marksheet (SSC / HSC / O-Level / A-Level / Bachelor’s)

3. Passport Size Photo (Malaysian Visa Size – White Background)

ICMS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY

1. Choose your desired Programme and Institute
2. Submit all of your required documents to the Institute.
3. Get the Offer letter from the institute.

4. Deposti the emgs fees.

5. Wait until you get your EVAL

6. Make an application to get the E-Visa

7. Deposit your tuition fees to your Institute.
8. Purchase an air ticket (Do not purchase a ticket on the Malaysian Holiday)

9. Inform your Institute a minimum of 7 days before your flight date.

10. After arrival in Malaysia take a 1/2 days rest then go for EMGS Medical screening (It’s already paid with your emgs fees)

11. When your emgs on 80% you can submit your passport to the Institute.

12. When your emgs % reach their limit (100%), your passport has been collected by your Institute from emgs. Now you can collect your passport if there are no due about your tuition fees.

If everything goes well, it Won't take more then 3 months.
