Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, the sacred month of fasting, reflection, and devotion. It is a day to thank Allah for His mercy, to strengthen our hearts, and to share the blessings we have received.

During this special day, Muslims gather for prayer, give to those in need through Zakat al-Fitr, and celebrate with family and community. Children experience the joy of giving, learning, and embracing the true spirit of Islam.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas, one of the most influential thinkers of Islamic civilization in the modern Muslim world.

His lifelong contributions to Islamic thought, education, and the Islamization of knowledge have left a profound and lasting legacy for the Ummah.

Born in 1931 in Bogor, the late scholar was widely recognized as one of the most influential Islamic intellectual figures of our time.

We are proud that the programme at Al-Hamra International School is largely inspired by the vision and ideas of the great Almarhum Dr. Naquib Al-Attas. His thoughts continue to guide our commitment to nurturing knowledge, character, and faith in future generations.

May Allah forgive his shortcomings, accept his lifelong deeds and contributions to the Ummah, and grant him the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus among the prophets and the righteous. 🤲🏻

On this blessed night, the first verses of the Quran were revealed to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in the Cave of Hira through Angel Jibreel (Gabriel). It marked the beginning of guidance for all humanity.
