Tasks need to perform are listed below:

· Upgrade workstations to Windows 10 OS using image (SOE)
· Build workstations with Windows 10 with client provided image (SOE).
· Backup and restore end-user workstation data.
· Transfer end-user data to newly built workstation using USMT toll provided by client.
· Install any required applications the user previously had from the client SW portal.
· Validate successful upgraded/built laptops/workstations.
· Clean/wipe down laptops that will be cascaded to another user so that they are in a presentable manner for receiving users.
· Perform updates in UAPM (Inventory DB) for equipment received/issued to ensure assignment is done following client Asset Workstation procedures.
· Prepare workstations for decommission. Each laptop that leased EOL will be separated by “Lease Return” or “Disposal”. All Lease returns and pending disposal assets must have asset tag scanned in spreadsheet for UAPM update and kept separated for decommissioning process.
· Support issues associated with Windows 10 OS upgrades.

Scheduling

· Coordinate with end-users and on-site technician for the upgrade activities:
· Send communications to end-users and schedule their upgrades. .
· Coordinate upgrades with end-users and onsite technicians for scheduled upgrade activities.

Reporting
----------
· Provide weekly reports/monthly of hours worked, upgrades performed.
· Review with client leads any issues encountered that require addressing.

Salary
-------
SGD 1500-1700

Duration is 5 months as per the solution estimate.
Work permit will be provided .
