From 14–16 March 2025, we had the incredible honor of hosting Chef Alberto Bernardi for a 3-day hands-on masterclass on Traditional Italian Panettone — and wow, what a journey it was!

Students mastered the art of pastamadre, perfected classic and creative panettone flavors, and brought home stunning handcrafted bakes (including Black Forest, Chili Mango, and even savory panettone!).
