今天是立春到，代表着新的季节，新的一年悄悄开始了。

每一个孩子就像种子在土里慢慢发芽一样，你的努力也许现在还看不见成果，但每一次认真、每一次坚持，都会成为成长的力量。不要害怕慢，只要不停下；不要担心不完美，只要愿意学习。

愿天下所有的孩子在新的开始里，带着勇气尝试，带着耐心等待，带着喜乐成长，一步一步，成为更好的自己。

Today is Lìchūn, the beginning of spring, marking a new season and a new year quietly unfolding.

Every child is like a seed slowly sprouting in the soil. Your efforts may not show results right away, but every moment of diligence and every act of perseverance becomes a source of growth. Do not be afraid of moving slowly—just don’t stop. Do not worry about being imperfect—as long as you are willing to learn.

May all children, in this new beginning, have the courage to try, the patience to wait, and the joy to grow—step by step, becoming better versions of themselves.

不急一时之快，但求一生之远。愿孩子在被理解中成长，在被陪伴中成熟。祝大家新年快乐

今天冬至，北半球昼最短，夜最长;加上这天是阳气初萌而冬尽春回的日子，所以称之为”冬至”。

愿所有的孩子与家长们
冬至暖阳，温暖相伴，幸福安康。

为了让老师们能够更全面地了解孩子的成长需要，我们组织了儿童心理健康障碍的培训课程，旨在提升教师应对学生多样化成长问题的能力。

在当今的学习环境中，孩子们所面对的挑战比过去更复杂：学习方式不同、情绪发展各异、成长速度不一。要真正帮助孩子，老师必须不断更新知识、掌握新的教育策略，并提升对学生行为与发展背后原因的敏锐度。

通过这次课程，我们希望让老师们在面对孩子无法达到某些成长或学习目标时，能够更准确地识别可能的障碍，并找到更有效的支持方式。不是每一次困难都代表不努力；很多时候，它只是孩子在发出求助的信号。

持续成长，是教育者最重要的责任；不断装备自己，是对孩子最真实的陪伴。我们期待这类培训能帮助老师们更有力量地带领每一位学生走上更健康、更适合自己的成长道路。
