Back for the 2nd year with NTX Retreat for their achievers! 🔥

What an incredible opportunity to once again journey together with a group of driven entrepreneurs who are hungry to go to the next level.

This year, we challenged participants through our signature experiential learning activities — 🏔️ Mount Tikimanjaro and 🎨 Colour Personality Profiling — designed to create breakthroughs in leadership, communication, collaboration, and self-awareness.

In business, growth is never just about strategy. It is about understanding:✅ who you are✅ how you lead✅ how you work with others✅ and how you continue climbing when the journey gets tougher

Through Mount Tiki, participants experienced the importance of resilience, trust, adaptability, and teamwork under pressure. Through Colour Personality, entrepreneurs gained deeper insights into their natural strengths, blind spots, and leadership styles.

The energy, openness, and willingness to learn from the NTX achievers was truly inspiring. 🚀

🔥 Building the Builders – Master Team Builder Programme Completed

While many see the Ramadhan season as a slower period, at Edu Action we see it as a valuable opportunity to invest in our people.
Over the past weeks, we gathered our trainers and facilitators for our Master Team Builders Course — a dedicated development programme designed to sharpen the craft of those who help build great teams.

During this intensive programme, our trainers went through 10 different modules and simulations, where we evaluated and strengthened their ability to:

🎯 Deliver impactful content
🎭 Set strong thematic context and storytelling
⚡ Engage participants and manage energy in the room
🧠 Facilitate meaningful debriefs that translate experience into insight

Because in experiential learning, the game is only the beginning — the real transformation happens in how the facilitator connects the experience to learning.

The programme concluded with a moment of appreciation and recognition, celebrating the dedication and contribution of our trainers and facilitators throughout 2025. Their commitment is what allows Edu Action to consistently deliver powerful experiences for organizations across Malaysia.

This week, Edu Action Development Services had the privilege of delivering a large-scale team building for 650 participants led by Mr. Kong, Plant Leader of GEESM — built around three core values:

We wrapped up the end of 2025 in a truly meaningful way 🇯🇵✨

Edu Action had the honour of closing the year with a Bond2Win experience for Mizuho Bank, inspired by Japanese New Year culture — a time of reflection, renewal, and strengthening bonds 🤝🌅.

Guided by the symbolism of Kadomatsu 🎋 — welcoming new beginnings and positive energy — the session brought teams together to pause, realign, and step forward as one team. Through shared challenges, honest conversations, and moments of laughter 😄, the spirit of Bond2Win came alive in a uniquely Japanese way.

Just like Oshōgatsu reminds us to let go of the old and prepare for the new 🎍, the team reflected on the year gone by, honoured collective effort 🙏, and recommitted to trust, collaboration, and winning together 🏆💙.

Ending 2025 this way felt deeply aligned with our purpose — not just running a programme, but creating an experience that respects culture, values unity, and strengthens human connection 🌏❤️.
