Introduce a Friend and Both of You Get RM50 Credit
(This Month’s Special Promotion- December 2025)

Reduce your child’s tuition fee by introducing a friend to IGS English. For every successful referral, both you and your friend will receive a minimum of RM50 credit each, credited directly into the IGS App. The credit amount may vary based on your ranking in the IGS App and can be used for fee deduction.

As a special this-month-only offer, the first 50 new students who join IGS English will receive an additional RM100 rebate. This is on a first come, first served basis.

This means when your friend’s child joins IGS English, they will enjoy a total rebate of RM150 immediately. This special privilege is limited to the first 50 students only.

This referral and rebate promotion is valid for this month only and is applicable to all IGS programmes except the Singapore English programme.

What does “Customer First” really look like in real conversations?

From 8–10 December 2025, we had the privilege of training a group of dedicated professionals in Customer First: Mastering English for Service Excellence.
Participants came from a wide range of industries, from logistics and operations to education and service-based businesses.

Over three intensive days, one thing became very clear.
Customer service is never just about the words we use.
It is about understanding the customer’s mindset, emotions, and expectations before choosing the right response.

By the end of the programme, participants were able to:
• Read customer emotions more accurately
• Use practical language strategies to resolve complaints calmly
• Clarify misunderstandings without escalating tension
• Maintain customer satisfaction across calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions

What stood out most was the shift in confidence. Instead of reacting defensively, participants learned how to respond with clarity, empathy, and control, even in difficult situations.

In today’s competitive landscape, customer experience is no longer a “nice to have”. Research consistently shows that customers are willing to pay more for better service and stay longer with brands that make them feel understood.

🎤 I still remember my first presentation…I stood there, shaking. My mind went blank. I forgot my lines. It was embarrassing. 💔
