当你开始出现:
* 心跳变快

因为焦虑其实是一个循环:
身体紧张 → 大脑觉得危险 → 情绪焦虑 → 身体更紧张

有一篇发表在 Cell Reports Medicine 的研究发现:
👉特定的呼吸法,可以有效降低生理焦虑和情绪焦虑。
其中最有效的一种叫:
👉Cyclic Sighing(循环叹气)
方法很简单:
1️⃣ 用鼻子吸气
2️⃣ 再补一口小吸气
3️⃣ 慢慢、长长地呼气
重点只有一个:
👉把呼气拉长,让身体启动“放松模式”
你可以每天练习5分钟,
很多人会明显感觉到身体慢慢冷静下来。

😭 From Denial to Acceptance: The Journey Through Grief ✨
Grief is a deeply personal experience, and understanding the five stages—denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance—can help navigate this journey. Each stage represents a different emotional response to loss. Denial involves shock and disbelief, while anger brings frustration. Bargaining sees us making deals to reverse the loss.
