•Learning music covers both theoretical and practical aspects. This combination enables the comprehensive understanding of what music is all about.

•Music performance requires attention and focus. Considerations such as Rhythm, Dynamics, Expression, Interpretation, etc. are essential to music making. Precision calls for discipline to be practiced and such things nurtures discipline.

4. Music enhances appreciation of holistic view of life
•Music opens the door to aesthetic appreciation of the life around us. More than just an audio appreciation, music enters into our sub-conscious state of mind. It is as communication between the heart, mind, soul and spirit.

5.Where can Music take us?
•For some of us, it serves an entertainment, or social connection with others of the same interest. The study of music can blossom into a career, a pathway to which a more professional goal is desired. Either way, studying music is a positive activity.

The Music Expo 2014 was a two day spectacular of entertainment and music at the Brickfields Asia College PJ Campus. The Expo featured over 100 brands of music instruments, accessories and books from the finest showrooms in the country. Visitors were also treated to a musical bonanza as various artists ranging from rock bands to jazz bands to string quartets and soloists, performed their magic on specially constructed stages.
