There was a time when my days felt like copy and paste; work, home, survive, repeat.
I was running on empty, holding together a marriage that was falling apart, and showing up for a daughter who deserved a happier version of me.
Then one day, I realized I was panting just from carrying her. That moment broke me. My body was telling the story my heart had been trying to ignore. I was tired, lost, and disappearing from my own life.
I tried shortcuts: pills, corsets, workouts that didn’t fit my pace. None of it worked. Because what I really needed wasn’t just a physical change. I needed to rebuild me.
So I started small. I moved. I showed up. I kept going even when I didn’t believe in myself yet.
Within 60 days, I found strength I didn’t know existed. I changed jobs, moved homes, finalized my divorce, and built my first studio with two other women who shared the same fire.
Today, I help mothers who feel stuck and unseen to find their way back to themselves, one step, one breath, one rep at a time.
Because I know what it feels like to fall apart… and I know how powerful it feels to rise again.
