At our recent course in Melaka, we had the priviledge of joining hands with our latest teaching fellow in an aligned vision to disciple believers and equip leaders for the great adventure of God's kingdom mission.

We are always excited for possibilities of working together towards the Great Commission and for believers everywhere!

Life often presents seasons that leave us weary—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In those moments, our natural response may be to push harder or rely on our own strength. Yet Scripture points us to a different source of renewal: placing our hope in the Lord.

God didn't promise an absence of challenges. Instead, he promises renewed strength for those who trust in Him. Sometimes we soar above difficulties, sometimes we run with endurance, and sometimes we simply walk one step at a time. In every season, God faithfully sustains His people.

As we begin this month, may we be reminded that true strength is found not in striving, but in trusting. When our hope is anchored in the Lord, He provides exactly what we need for the journey ahead.

Thank you Ps Daniel for joining hands with us for your latest course. We are so pleased to hear the good reports from your members and trust that they will continue to grow roots and use what they have learn in their service to God in their great adventure with Him.

In John 14:26, Jesus reminds His disciples that they would not be left alone. The Holy Spirit would come as Teacher, Helper, and Guide — leading them into truth and reminding them of all that Christ had spoken. Even today, the Spirit continues to illuminate God’s Word, strengthen believers, and shape hearts for His purpose.

Learning is not simply about gaining information; it is about transformation. True understanding happens when knowledge is guided by the Holy Spirit and rooted in God’s truth. He teaches us not only what to know, but how to live faithfully and serve effectively.

Recently we had the opportunity to have a conversation with Rev. Wong Yin Ming, after the certificate presentation ceremony at Subang Jaya Assembly of God to hear the heart behind the "why". We are grateful for supportive pastors and leaders who have seen the mission of GU and partnered with us towards the same Kingdom goals.

Global University Malaysia is here to serve the local church and ministries, to equip lay people and leaders in the Word and for the work of service in His kingdom. We hope to be able to come alongside more local churches and ministries to serve you for His purposes.

Pentecost is more than a moment we remember — it is a reminder that God still empowers His people today. The coming of the Holy Spirit was not only for the early church, but for every believer called to live boldly, love deeply, and carry the message of Christ to the world.

The disciples were once fearful and uncertain, yet after Pentecost they were transformed into courageous witnesses. The same Spirit who filled the upper room still strengthens, guides, and equips us today.

As we reflect on Pentecost Day, may we be reminded that God has not called us to serve in our own strength. He gives power for the mission, courage for the calling, and grace for every step of obedience. May our lives continue to point others to Jesus wherever He has placed us.

Thrilled to work with Chinese City Community Church, Melaka to run the Christian Maturity course (基督徒的长进) over the weekend. We pray that all the students that attended have been enriched and impacted deeply to live out their daily lives as disciples of Christ wherever God has placed them.

Always grateful to the leadership at City Community Church, Melaka for their partnership and deep conviction in discipling people to be grounded in His Word for His purposes. Thank you Ps. Jarren for hosting our teacher as well.

Hebrews 4:12 reminds us that God’s Word is living and active — powerful enough to reach beyond outward actions and speak directly to the heart. Scripture does more than give knowledge; it reveals, shapes, corrects, and transforms us from within.

In a world filled with endless voices and opinions, the Word of God remains true, relevant, and life-giving. It challenges us when we grow comfortable, strengthens us when we grow weary, and guides us when we are uncertain. Every time we open His Word, God is still speaking.

At Global University, our desire goes beyond education. We want to see men and women equipped by the Word, shaped in character, and empowered for God’s calling wherever He leads them.

May we never stop allowing Scripture to speak, sharpen, guide, and grow us for His Kingdom.
