I could see sparkles in the eyes of Marife when she spoke about her experience supporting breastfeeding mothers in post disaster provinces where resources are limited.

We all have the same one goal—
TO PROTECT, TO SUPPORT and TO PROMOTE BREASTFEEDING

Together with my fellow teammates from MBFPCA Shantini Verasamy Manikha Munaindy Carol Foo Puan Ery Kak Syam, Nadrah Arifin we have navigated this unique and transformative journey, and we’re excited to see where our new skills will help mothers in our country Malaysia.

I met Apple Ooi Chan Pheng last year at the National Lactation Centre training. We kept in touch there after. When we talk.. I could feel she is different. When we speak about singing bowl and healing massage, I could feel her energy and her woleheartedness.. She studied and dedicated herself to learn singing bowl and healing massage for her ill mom..

We spoken a few times and my thought immediately goes to my class parents.. For those who wants to reconnect with themselves after being parents, healing from birth trauma, family matters, health issues and personal wellness..

This coming weekend, we're putting it all together and making it happen!! 🥰

Preparing you during Pregnancy, Labour, Birth and Beyond

Course Content includes

✅ Understand how mommy's body works during labour & birth
✅ Birth Companion (aka daddy) Role and Support
✅ Relaxation Technique via breathing, visualization, deepening
✅ Three Breathing techniques during surges (contraction) and birthing
✅ How to make good decisions druing labour and birth
✅ Discussion about cord clamping, after birth care for newborn

It's going to be a interactive session filled with discussion, laughter and fun!

HypnoBirthing parents are educated in the physiology of instinctive birth to help them better advocate for their decisions and know what questions to ask in choosing a supportive provider. Partners also learn how to support the birthing person by tapping into their connection with one another.
