From the desk of our key life coach on her message for World Mental Health Day 2022.
Remembering World Mental Health Day, I was ask to share how do i regulate my everyday with work, family and my role.
So my secret was my morning flow routine
The Flow practice is a practice that helps you sharpen your core alpha state before you begin your day. It is where a sphere of silence away from noise (your work, family or any responsibilities that kicks in for the day) where you have a moment where you can begin by affirming your gratitute, value, and thoughts individually in silence.
For me I often start my day with a cup of coffee as I journal my thoughts over and begin a session of honopono which I will guide during my coaching session and end it with a empowering podcast that I have selected the night before I head to bed.
For this flow practice it allows me to realign, reset and to regulate my emotions before the day starts and sharpen my thoughts for my task of the day.
This has greatly impacted a strong comeback for me and prepare my body,mind and soul for the day.
Give it a try, I kid you not that it makes a big difference for me, it will for you too.
