Biggest mistake as a coach?
Trying to have all the answers and knowing everything.

That’s when I realised, It wasn’t coaching. I was lecturing.

Coaching isn’t about telling,
it’s about unlocking your clients potential.

Most people think coaching progress is a straight line to the finish line. 🏁 In reality? It looks a lot more like a slow-burn transformation.

1️⃣ The Mirror Phase: You start noticing the habits you used to ignore. Awareness is the first (and often hardest) step.
2️⃣ The Pivot Phase: You stop asking me for the answers and start trusting your own compass. 🧭
