Lesson Learnt from KConnect:
I realised that what I've been doing all this while is in fact managing knowledge at the right time..
I connect, meet and discuss with people and seldom check emails during working hours (managing tacit knowledge), I check, reply and write emails and work on my laptop with all resources I could connect virtually, after work and during weekends (managing explicit knowledge).

A meeting is a knowledge-intensive activity. Little did we notice how much we learn just from attending a meeting, even if we only listen to others discussing and sharing their knowledge. Therefore, don't miss any meetings. You never knew what to expect from what you can learn from others.

6 chapters covered in a huge view... Interestingly, I realised that I've learnt a lot when I explained the whole thing on my own, by depending on what I could recall from my lecture slides (which is not all). But the amazing part is... I can relate the whole 6 chapters in one view!
I miss teaching like this. The wonderful outcome from being entrusted with this teaching (and extra hours) is the rebirth of me and my passion in teaching. Now I know why I love teaching. Thank you for the opportunity.
