Ever channelized your emotions onto a canvas? Or frenzied them onto a piece of paper with crayons? Or moulded them into a clay sculpture? 🌈

This is an opportunity to discover your psyche through art activities.

Through this fun process, you'll get to learn more about yourself, heal negative feelings, enhance positive emotions and bring wellness into your life. 🤩

Pick and work with whichever art medium you like. And remember whatever you do, you can't get it wrong! 🖌️🎨

You'll get the opportunity to meaningfully express and share your work with the group in the presence of the facilitator and a chance to get closure on whatever negative emotions have been troubling you.
