When you have a 'normal' child, and they have good grades, you're happy.
When they 'behave' you're happy.
Being "normal" is a joy, because, of course, it is a privilege.
But when you have a child with certain limits, that learning, even if minimal, arrives slowly or maybe never at all. Enjoy and cheerish the moment. Facilitate them in every way you can. They are 'normal' in their own way.. they are gifted.
I would like to ask you a favour on an important subject close to my heart;
As this week is the week of special education for people with Down Syndrome, Autism, Dyslexia , ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)....
Appreciate and celebrate all children who struggle every day to succeed and those who are trying to help them.
Teach our children to be kind and accept all of their classmates.
Children with special needs are no different than any other.
They want what everyone else wants:
TO BE ACCEPTED!!!
Feel free to copy and paste this in honour of all children who are unique.
Let's show our support and strong heart.

Persatuan Penyayang Insan Istimewa (PPII) a learning institution for special needs children/adults is looking for an Assistant Teacher to help out its current teaching staff.

The candidate must have
- a minimum of 3 years teaching experience with special needs individuals
- a Diploma in Education or any related fields
- strong inter personal skills
- ability to handle special needs adults would be of advantage

Bringing two of our students playing bowling for the first time. We always believe by helping people with autism to be included in social activities. By doing this people learn that individuals with autism are like everyone else and desire to have friendships. 🎳

It was fun and we will definitely go again.
