Co-Founders of PPII are Dato' Abdul Aziz Mohd Chan, Azli Razlee Abd Razak, Chuah Teik Jin, Adolf Ludge and Che Foteh Abd Majid. Harmoni, the training centre for teenagers and adults special needs children was a brainchild of this group of parents. Located in Section 17, Petaling Jaya, Harmoni is managed by PPII with an employment of four professional qualified and experience teachers and a care-ta
ker. Our students are between the age of 18 years old to 40 years old with various disabilities, i.e Autism, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay etc. with mild, moderate to severe learning disabilities, developmental or behavioural challenges. Our main programmes would include pre-vocational, ADL and PEP-3 apart from other syllabus designed for them. We believe that every person has a right to education not excluding special needs children, but sadly, facilities at many other centres are not appropriately designed in meeting the needs of these blessed children. With that in mind, we, PPII dedicate ourselves to the development of Harmoni, though operationally, we need the support as much as we can to fund this centre.
