During today's lesson, we delved into the concept of scale drawings. A scale drawing is a drawing that is proportional to the actual size of an object, but can be either smaller or larger in size. This technique is commonly used in architecture, engineering, and design to accurately represent objects or buildings.

We discussed how scale drawings are essential in accurately planning and visualizing projects before they are implemented. Students learned how to create scale drawings using a scale factor, which is a ratio that represents the size of the drawing compared to the actual size of the object.

Through various examples and exercises, students were able to practice creating scale drawings and understanding how scale factors can affect the size and proportions of an object. By the end of the lesson, students were able to confidently create and interpret scale drawings, a valuable skill that will undoubtedly benefit them in various fields in the future.
