We distribute today's most advanced Ames mutagenicity assays (micro fluctuation assays) and cytotoxicity screening kits designed to reduce the amount of test compound, hands-on time and consumables. The Ames II / Ames MPF Microfluctuation Assays are all modifications of the traditional Ames plate incorporation assay. typhimurium strains TA98 and TAMix (a mixture of 6 strains, each detecting a specific base-pair substitution), whereas the Ames MPF® kits are available with the strains TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537, E.Coli WP2 uvrA or E.Coli WP2 pKM101. The Cytotoxicity Screening Kits enable the user to determine up to four cytotoxicity parameters from the same cellular sample! (PAN I: LDHe-XTT-NR-SRB). This is particularly useful in situations of limited compound availability and with valuable or rare test cells such as primary cultures. A full range of parameters is offered: XTT, MTT, Lactate Dehydrogenase, Sulforhodamine B, Neutral Red, Crystal Violet, Acid Phosphatase, Glucose.
