What if confidence was about enjoying the process?

Our coaches rewatched this video over and over because it reminds us of the joy of the process.

When did we learn that we had to clench up when we received feedback? Perhaps because along our growing process, we were conditioned to meet the bar of ‘perfect’.

But what if growth and the process could be fun and supportive, and focused on growth together in friendship - just as Yi Zhe and Meghan have taught us through their interactions here.

At just 6 years old, Speaker Sheshavan is already learning that his voice can create change 🌍✨

Using the Problem • People • Action framework, children learn to not just talk about what matters to them - but speak up with purpose.

Today, Speaker Sheshavan is using his voice to advocate for protecting crocodiles from harm 🐊💚

What is one problem you want to speak up about today to create change in the world?

Purpose is not something we tell children… it’s something they experience. 🌱

Speaker Ee Ven shared that the purpose of her voice is to create a world free from rubbish. 🌍

Today, she stepped into the jungle to clean it with her family to bring that purpose to life. 🌿

This is how we strengthen children’s purpose, by allowing children to take the first step in living it through their missions 💚
