Marketing Executive and Administrator required to involve in the marketing process while maintain a good flow of the service of an established Education centre. We offer education service for local and international syllabus.

Requirements:
• Able to work efficiently and with great teamworking skills.
• Must possess at least Secondary school/SPM/ O levels
• Computer literate and knowledge in • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Internet savvy
• Speaks and writes good English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and social skills

• Basic Canva Designs and social media postings
• Must be able to use photoshop and other video / photo editing software.

Job Scope:
• Produce Copywriting and Posts to advertise our services (English / Mandarin)
• Writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media or any content that assist the teacher in promoting their own content.
• Assist in the ideation and ex*****on process of the marketing team.
• Documentation of office paperwork.
• Drafting and taking down meeting minutes for internal circulation
• Take note of all the events and keep a good notes of all the deadlines and reminder required by clients.
• Assist in marketing analysing.
• To undertake any other adhoc duties required by the office
• Assist in supporting the sales team

Training will be provided
- Including how to effectively run and manage campaigns and fb ads

Customer relationship managers build trusting relationships with clients and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image while assist in the sales process through liaison and communication with potential clients to close sales.

Requirements:
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English (Primary) and Mandarin (Secondary). Candidate who can read, write and speak other languages will be prioritise. (extra advantage)

Job Scope:
• Assist and involve in sales and closing of potential customers.
• Follow up with potential clients
• Record daily sales activities / follow ups on google sheet
• Create a daily reporting to update the team and to-do-lists for the following day
• Building and maintaining long term relationships with key customers.
• Able to cross manage chats with smooth transitions
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on the latest products and services to boost sales.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them
• Use Social Media Platforms to Connect with Your Audience
• Assist in the sales process by replying to incoming client on social media platforms.
• Assist in calling of client when requested by client.
• Collect feedback about the client’s experience.
