RESEPI KUAH ROJAK
2 IN 1
1 bekas @ 6 sb otak udang
3 cwn sos cili
3 cwn kicap pekat
3 cwn gula merah
1 cwn gula putih
2 sb cili kering blend (nk pedas tmbh)
1 cwn tepung jagung
Garam
1/2 cwn bijan (ble tmbh klu s**a) sangai dlu
CARA-CARANYA :
Msk smua bahan. Bila agak pekat msukkn bijan.
Bila nk makan..hiris semua buah pilihan..
Masukkan dlm bekas.ambil 2 senduk kuah rojak,gaul kan..hidang tabur kcg tanah.
Resepi ni saya dari kawan yg meniaga kuah rojak.kalau nk buat skit kurangkan bhn.

Resepi acar buah
Bahan A
1.5 cawan minyak untuk menumis
5 ulas bawang putih, 5 ulas bawang merah (ditumbuk)
1 sudu besar biji sawi
halia sebesar ibu jari (ditumbuk)
Bahan B
(rempah tumis, campur semua sekali)
1/2 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
1 sudu besar penuh serbuk cili
1/3 sudu besar halba sahaja
*goreng kering dan tumbuk
1/2 sudu nesar jintan putih biji
*goreng kering dan tumbuk
1/2 sudu besar jintan manis biji
*goreng kering dan tumbuk
1 sudu besar rempah biji
*goreng kering dn tumbuk
Bahan C
3/4 botol cuka makan
1/2 kilo gula putih @ 3/4 kilo gula merah
garam
Bahan D
1/2 kilo buah2 jeruk campur
3 biji limau jeruk
prune tanpa biji
buah kurma sekotak
1 cawan cili padi (lebih b*k lbh sedap)
15 ulas bawang merah (belah dua)
15 ulas bawang putih (belah dua)
1 cawan kismis
halia sebesar 1/2 tapak tangan
Bahan E (untuk tabur)
3 sudu besar bijan (sangai)
2 sudu bessr biji sawi (sangai)
Cara2
1)Panaskn minyak
2)Tumiskan bahan A sehingga garing
3)Masukkan bahan B, kacau jangan biar hangit dan terus masukkan bahan C
4)Biarkan sampai mendidih dn sedikit kering (berbuih-buih air gula)
5)Masukkan bahan D dan akhir sekali bahan e dan digaul sedikit supaya bercampur (Jangan dikacau terlalu lama kerana buah akan hancur)
6) Bila mendidih terus padamkn api (Jangan masak terlalu lama kerana buah akan kecut)
*Pastikan tiada air digunakan. air dr buah2an akan sendiri nya keluar sebagai kuah)
Boleh bertaha 1 tahun jika dimasak dengan betul dan tidak bercampur dengan air

Hi..this is teacher Julianna once again...times flies by so quickly and school holidays of 5 weeks are over. Teacher hope all the students are getting ready to come to school after 5 weeks of holiday with your family.....Year 2017 is fast approaching on Sunday 1st January. 2nd January is Public holiday and school reopens on Tuesday 3rd.January 2017. Hi everyone....this is teacher Julianna again...time flies very quickly and now we are in the month of September...school will be close for 1 week holiday from 12th September to 16th September 2016...on the 12th September is public holiday for Hari Raya Haji and on 16th for Malaysia Day...daycare will be as usual from 13th to 15th September 2016....To all the Muslims.. teacher would like to wish you Selamat Hari Raya Haji..for those travelling 'balik kampong' do drive with care and have a pleasant holiday with your loved ones at home.....
