On August 1st, 2025, the ICMS campus at PKNS Menara Building, Petaling Jaya transformed into a vibrant hub of resilience, inspiration, and professional growth. The Bridgeback Career Comeback Gathering 2025 wasn’t just an event , it was a movement, a shared journey of individuals reclaiming their professional paths and redefining what a “comeback” truly means.
The day began with heartfelt words from Mr. Deeban, Registrar of ICMS:

And just like that, the tone was set for a day of rediscovery.

Speaker Spotlight #1 – Pn Nurlina
Title: Trainer, Social Entrepreneur, Co-Founder of Inspira Com
From an early dream of becoming a flight stewardess, Pn Nurlina navigated a successful career in corporate communications before making a bold pivot . Co-founding a social enterprise dedicated to empowering youth and underprivileged students. Her journey blends ambition with service, proving that setbacks can be the foundation for remarkable comebacks.
Her message :

Her talk centered on cultivating a growth mindset and embracing challenges as stepping stones to greater achievements.

Speaker Spotlight #2 – Ms Revathi Murugan
Title: Community Advocate, Domination Association for the Differently Abled
Once thriving in corporate finance, Ms Revathi chose a different path dedicating her life to grassroots community work. Her efforts in Brickfields support the blind, differently abled, and underserved, embodying the essence of servant leadership.

Closing Masterclass – Mr. Hanif Naim
Title: Senior Manager, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs, ICMS
With a gift for blending humor and insight, Mr. Hanif delivered a professional grooming session that was as empowering as it was practical. He introduced the 3 C’s of presence — Calm, Composed, Collected — while guiding participants through posture correction, breathing techniques, and color theory in wardrobe choices.
