We've got some exciting tips to share on helping your kids embrace their emotions and become emotional intelligence superstars:

1) 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 🌞
Encourage your little ones to start an Emotion Mood Tracker. Each day, they can discuss the day’s events and how they felt. Next, stick a corresponding emotion sticker for the day to track their overall mood over 30 days!

2) 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 🌈
Turn emotions into a colourful masterpiece! Ask your kids to draw or paint what that emotion looks like to them. It's a super cool way to express feelings and unleash creativity.
