这个星期四，我会出现在槟城 Butterworth 的这场分享里——线上或现场，我都在。
不是以"讲师"的身份，是以一个中小企业老板的身份，坐在同一张桌子的这一边。
这些年，我在马来西亚、越南、新加坡、中国港澳之间来回。见过的老板很多，故事其实都很像——
在越南，有人正在把一张出口订单，变成一整条生产线；
在新加坡，有人守着二十年的老品牌，在想怎么让它再走二十年；
在中国港澳，有人一边扩张一边盘算，怕走太快，也怕不走；
在马来西亚，我们这群人最擅长的，是一边稳住阵脚，一边悄悄把版图往外推。
我们不是谁的学生、谁的听众。我们是同一群人：扛着一家公司、几十个家庭、还有一个不肯放下的野心。
而我常常在想，我们这一代马来西亚老板最大的优势是什么？
是语言。华语、英语、马来语——我们天生就能同时坐进中国的会议室、东盟的谈判桌、和西方的采购链。这不是小事，这是我们最被低估的国际化本钱。
马来西亚 97% 是中小企业，我们撑的是这个国家的 GDP。
而越南政府正在把 100 万家中小企业，推向 500 万家。我心里有个不算大的愿望：如果我和志同道合的伙伴，能帮到其中 10 万家走得更稳、更远，那这些年的来回奔波，就值得。
这次很荣幸受邀，与 MATRADE、Agrobank、CGC、RHB、CTOS、MoneySave P2P 同台。
我负责的部分是：如何用津贴与策略联盟，把跨境扩张的风险降下来。
我来，不是为了卖什么。
只是想让更多老板知道：你不是一个人在往外走。

This Thursday, I'll be part of the session in Butterworth, Penang — online or in person, I'll be there.
Not as a "speaker," but as a fellow SME owner, sitting on the same side of the table.
Over the years, I've moved between Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Hong Kong & Macau, China. I've met a lot of business owners, and the stories are remarkably similar —
In Vietnam, someone is turning a single export order into an entire production line;
In Singapore, someone is guarding a 20-year-old brand, figuring out how to make it last another 20;
In Hong Kong & Macau, someone is expanding while doing the math — afraid of moving too fast, and just as afraid of not moving at all;
In Malaysia, what we do best is hold our ground while quietly pushing our map outward.
We're not anyone's students or audience. We're the same people: carrying a company, dozens of families, and an ambition we refuse to put down.
And I often ask myself — what is our greatest advantage as Malaysian business owners?
It's language. Mandarin, English, Malay — we can walk into a boardroom in China, a negotiation table in ASEAN, and a Western supply chain, all in the same week. That's not a small thing. It's the most underrated international asset we have.
97% of Malaysian businesses are SMEs. We are the ones holding up this nation's GDP.
And in Vietnam, the government is pushing to grow 1 million SMEs into 5 million. I hold a modest wish: if my partners and I can help even 100,000 of them go further and stand steadier, then all these years of travelling back and forth will have been worth it.

My part: how to de-risk cross-border expansion through grants and strategic alliances.
I'm not here to sell anything.
