Practice breathing. Do you pay attention to your breathing? When you are nervous, there will be lesser inhale; which results in lesser oxygen intake that helps perform tasks better.

Day 22
Sometimes we might be too busy and not able to comfort ourselves. With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, meditate is one of the practice that we could apply in our life. According to The New York Times, meditation is a practice that can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity of our mind.
Here's how you can meditate:
1. Find a comfortable spot and get ready to relax.
2. Close your eyes and breath naturally.
3. Focus on your breath. If your mind wanders, return your focus back to your breath.
Try to maintain this for 2-3 minutes and you're good to go! Learn something? Say YES in the comment section down below!
