🔢 Number 1 to 10 & 🔤 Recognise Alphabet – Letter Ss (Activity Book)

What Did We Learn Today at Our Little World? 🌍

Today, our little explorers had an exciting learning session as they practised recognising numbers 1 to 10 and explored the alphabet letter Ss ✨😊

The children learned to identify and count numbers from 1 to 10 through fun counting activities and picture matching exercises 🔢👏. They counted objects carefully, traced the numbers, and practised matching numbers with the correct quantities.

The children also discovered the letter Ss by learning its shape and sound 🗣️🔤. They practised tracing the uppercase letter S and lowercase letter s while repeating the /s/ sound. The teacher introduced simple words beginning with the letter S, such as Sun ☀️, Snake 🐍, and Star ⭐.

Through these activities, the children developed early mathematics skills, letter recognition, phonics awareness, pencil control, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and confidence 💛✨

The children were happy to participate, proudly completed their activity books, and enjoyed showing their work to their teachers and friends 😊👏

It was a joyful day filled with counting, alphabet learning, and fun discoveries through play and exploration 🌈💕

🧸 Playdough Activity – Fine Motor Skills Development

What Did We Learn Today at Our Little World? 🌍

Today, our little explorers had a wonderful time playing and learning with colourful playdough ✨😊

The children squeezed, rolled, pressed, stretched, and shaped the playdough using their little hands 🤲🌈. They explored different textures and created simple shapes while expressing their creativity and imagination.

Through this hands-on activity, the children strengthened their fine motor skills, finger muscles, hand-eye coordination, and concentration 💪🧠. Manipulating the playdough also helped prepare their hands for future writing and self-help skills.

The children were excited to explore, create, and proudly show their playdough creations to their friends and teachers 😊👏

It was a fun-filled day of sensory exploration, creativity, and learning through play 💕
