This 2-day programme is designed for general practitioners who are new to posterior surgeries, focusing on practical surgical protocols that help clinicians progress from beginner level to a more confident starter.

The course covers key concepts in immediate implant placement and sinus lift procedures — including BLX implants in healed and extraction sites, TLX with crestal sinus lift using Densah burs, and case selection strategies for safer clinical decision-making.

Participants will also learn how to approach selected molar extraction socket placements, perform crestal sinus elevation in suitable cases, and better understand when a case is ready to proceed, when to delay, and when to refer.

With a strong emphasis on clinical safety, proper restorative impressions, soft tissue management, and hands-on application, this 2-day course aims to help dentists build greater confidence in posterior implant surgery.
