The energy at our Open World workshop 1 was electric yet cosy! For 5 days, a dedicated group of aspiring future game developers immersed themselves in the world of Unity, exploring the intricacies of 2D and 3D game development. We covered the foundational principles of game design to the practical application of these concepts within the Unity environment. ✈️

In light of the launching of Open World, we are honored to have with Charissa Ong, the Production manager at PlayStation Studios Malaysia and also our proud graduate to give us a talk on "Navigating the Game Industry"! 🔑🌏

It was an engaging session filled with eye-opening insights about the current game industry, sharing from her personal career journey and exciting experience, and lively Q&A full of laughter. Our students from multiple design disciplinaries got to learn so much from such an interesting character she is! 🌟
