Saito University College is proud to be part of the 19th ASEAN Ports and Shipping 2022 Exhibition and Conference held from Feb 28 – March 2, 2022 as an exhibitor.

The event which was launched by Transport Minister Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong featured 25 world-class transport and logistics speakers who addressed global and regional issues concerning trade and investment as well as renowned exhibitors.

On March 1, Saito Business School Dean Dr Jenny Wong visited the exhibition and conference which was held at InterContinental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

“It was a strategic event where the decision makers gather together with key personnel of ports,” said Dr. Jenny Wong who is also Dean for The Prime, School of Integrated Logistics.

The Group CEO, Post Malaysia Berhad is now Professor of Practice of The Prime and is ready to share his 34 years of experience in DHL, a leading logistics company, starting as a courier and worked his way to become DHL eCommerce CEO in Singapore.

Mr Brewer is well versed in the Asian market and his appointment at Pos Malaysia plays a crucial role in propelling the organisation to greater heights.

A milestone was created as Saito University College collaborated with RinggitPlus to introduce a Digital Financial Literacy module to its students to be financially prepared when they enter the workforce.

Both parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in a virtual signing ceremony, with Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Vinitha Guptan representing Saito University College while RinggitPlus was represented by its director Hann Liew.

The module fits perfectly for Saito University College whose vision is to enable students to make a positive change to their lives and to the community around them while helping them to make better financial decisions.
