Responsibilities:
Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives
Maintaining sustainable dealership production levels
Creating action plans and effectively manage team leaders and sales staff
Identifying coaching needs and promote training opportunities
Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
Assisting in developing an advertising and marketing plan

We are looking for an Aftersales professional, who is self-motivated, results driven, able to work to deadlines and targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction. Job responsibilities will include customer liaison, workshop loading and control, stock purchasing and control, invoicing, departmental staff management and support. This is a demanding and challenging role and will be of interest to someone wishing to develop their management skills and industry profile.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing promotional campaigns for Service and Marketing
Setting up and maintaining a database of Service customers
Elaborating monthly reports
Controlling the Service organization and operating procedures

Ensuring flawless work quality by means of suitable customers’ vehicles within the framework of the repair work to be performed
Technical support to technicians in preparing diagnostics and performing difficult repairs
Carrying out technical final checks after order processing
Planning and carrying out training and further education measures for all workshop personnel, executives, supervisors, team leaders, job controllers, technicians,and internship students
Checking of all repair and maintenance jobs placed with third parties to ensure the quality and deadline keeping is correct
Responsible for workshop capacity utilization
Monitoring and ensuring of compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Ensuring optimum organization, housekeeping and tidiness are in order within the workshop premise
Requirements:
Possess leadership and motivation skills for team under their supervisor to be able to manage and increase productivity and sales
Organized and meticulous

SERVICE ADVISOR

Responsibilities:
Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding Body & Paint services recommended and performed
Preparing Body & Paint service estimates, upselling routine maintenance/repair services, and conducting follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquires
Performing opening and closing responsibilities
Scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and collecting payments for services performed
Conducting final inspection prior vehicle handover
Performing other duties as required
TECHNICIANS

Responsibilities:
To conduct services and repair work in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines and report to workshop controller for necessary technical assistance
To carry out all repair jobs required on jobcards
To submit add job forms for additional repair recommended and seek approval before repair job commencement
To write comments on feedback / add-job form for each service line and confirm work has been carried out correctly
To complete repair jobs within the specified time given by BMW and to meet monthly efficiency & productivity target
To report to workshop controller promptly on job completion and collect next assigned work order, clocking accordingly in the system
To ensure all warranty parts must be packed and tagged with proper information before returning to Parts Department
To ensure cleanliness in the work bay and maintain hand tools in proper and good condition
PART EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, purchasing, and upselling parts and accessories
Responsible for all inventory managementand organization (incoming and outgoing goods, storage rack organization, returning of warranty parts, inventory)
Sales and profit planning for parts and accessories
Ensuring sufficient stock level, cost-optimal warehousing, including involvement of logistics service providers where appropriate
Presenting and pricing accessories and Lifestyle products
Keeping in regular contact with service, new, and used car sales for the purpose of conducting joint campaign
Conducting local market and competition analyses for own location decision

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Skillful in photo-editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AI etc) will be an added advantage
Able to commit 5.5 working days from Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm) and every Saturday (9.00am to 1.00pm
Must possess at least Professional Certification in Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this role
