Position : Account Executive (FRESH GRADUATE)
Location : Damansara Damai, Selangor
Salary : RM2,000 – RM2,500

General accounting includes preparing journal entries, schedules and ledgers, accounts, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly closing and support in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
• To prepare a full set of company accounts including Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP)
• To report monthly Financial Statements to the Directors
• Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
• To maintain in Account System in an accurate manner Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of accounting process.
• Medium proficiency in Microsoft Office and Account Software
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.

Education and Experience:
• Fresh graduate/ 1 year or more related experience
• Minimum: Diploma

LIGHTNING RISK ASSESMENT

A lightning protection system forms an important part of a building structure and electrical system to ensure that damage, disruption and injuries are kept to a minimum level. Lightning risk means the ratio of annual losses to the value of the protection.

a) Source of damage to consider.

d) Measure the risk of a lightning strike and probability of damages to facility.
e) The inherent risks are compared to the tolerable risk factors to determine whether additional lightning protection measures are required.

On 24 March 2021, we had visited Stesen KTMB Ipoh and Lahat for inspection of Earthing and Surge Protection System. The problem that occurs was due to surge current that induced into the equipment in SER and COMS. The solution that we proposed is to install surge protection device to divert the surge current to earth.
