Verse of the day.

‎Selamat menyambut Maulidur Rasul 1445 Hijrah kepada semua umat Islam di seluruh Malaysia pada 16 September 2024 bersamaan 12 Rabiulawal 1446H.
‎
‎Maulidur Rasul yang disambut setiap tahun ini adalah bagi meraikan keputeraan Baginda Rasulullah ﷺ yang lahir pada hari Isnin 12 Rabiulawal bersamaan 20 April 571 Masihi, iaitu pada tahun pertama selepas peristiwa tentera bergajah yang dipimpin oleh Gabenor Yaman, Abrahah.
‎Firman Allah ﷻ :

‎قُل بِفَضلِ اللَّهِ وَبِرَحمَتِهِ فَبِذٰلِكَ فَليَفرَحوا هُوَ خَيرٌ مِّمّا يَجمَعونَ

‎“Katakanlah Muhammad, dengan anugerah Allah dan rahmat-Nya maka hanya dengan itu berbahagialah orang-orang yang beriman. Hal itu (anugerah dan rahmat-Nya) lebih baik daripada harta dunia yang mereka kumpulkan.” (Surah Yunus: 58).
‎Sabda Rasulullah ﷺ :

‎إنما أنا رحمةٌ مهداة

‎Sesungguhnya aku adalah rahmat yang dihadiahkan (oleh Allah).” (Hadis)
‎Orang yang menerima rahmat ini dan bersyukur atas nikmat ini, ia akan mendapatkan kebahagiaan di dunia dan akhirat.
‎Oleh itu, ayuh kita manifestasikan kesyukuran dan kecintaan kita pada Allah dan Rasul-Nya dengan menyemarakkan Sambutan Maulidur Rasul ini. Perbanyakkan amal soleh serta sentiasa berselawat ke atas junjungan Baginda ﷺ Moga kita semua dapat menanam akar kecintaan terhadap Rasul yang Mulia, tergolong dalam kalangan umat Baginda ﷺ, memperoleh syafaatnya serta reda Allah ﷻ di akhirat kelak.

Regardless of someone's inability to recognize your worth, it's important to remember that your value as a person remains unchanged. Someone's opinions or perceptions should not dictate how you see yourself. Your worth is intrinsic and not dependent on any external validation.

Leaders who recognize the value of team disagreement create a culture that thrives on diversity of thought, innovation, and effective decision-making. We need to develop safe work cultures that honor differences of opinion. No one will ever have all of the correct answers, and it’s only through conversation, debate, and, yes, even argument that those real ideas come out and better decisions are made. By encouraging your team to offer a different point of view, leaders can create an environment where individuals feel safe expressing their opinions and challenging assumptions, which in turn helps your team contribute to the growth and success of your organization.

BAD PARENTING & CHILDHOOD TRAUMA! Jangan terus menyalahkan, kerana mungkin mereka juga dulu dibesarkan dengan cara yang sama. Kita cuba belajar daripada kesilapan mereka, kita cuba memahami dan kita ubah putaran yang tidak elok itu kepada yang lebih baik. Itu pentingnya ilmu dalam hidup.

Becoming a truly exceptional leader is a challenging journey that demands courage, fortitude, and the ability to make tough and sometimes very unpopular decisions. It requires taking full responsibility when things don't go as planned while also graciously acknowledging and sharing credit when the team succeeds. Great leaders are willing to confront daunting obstacles head-on, even when others may shy away from them. Leadership will have its challenging days, but the satisfaction of knowing that you are impacting and making a difference every day far outweighs any challenge on any given day.
