Here’s how you can get started:

🌱 The role & the work that you do is not as important as what skills & experiences you learn on the job.

🌱 Focus on building skills, rather than a profession or a job title, helps you in the long run. You can transfer these skills to new work, leverage them into a side hustle, or even start a new business.

🌱 Reflect on your current situation & the problems or challenges you’re thinking about.

🌱Instead of focusing on increasing the number of connections, find ways to improve the quality of relationships in your network.

🌱Seek to challenge yourself through whatever exercise you do.

🌱 Eating a lot of chips or chocolate? Pack that junk food away in the back of a cabinet or in the recesses of your pantry. Out of sight, out of mind.

🌱Drink mostly juice or pop? Switch it out for a warm glass of water.

Me-time isn’t just spending time on your own…

...it’s about being present with yourself; 😌

is the conscious effort of taking (much needed) time-out to recharge your batteries ⚑️

Me-time can be spent in a range of ways & can vary from person to person πŸ‘«πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸ€β€πŸ‘¨πŸΎπŸ‘¬

It can be achieved through having a bath, reading a book, going for a walk, performing getting your hair or nails done & various other activities πŸ’…πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ“šπŸ›€πŸšΆπŸ’ƒπŸ½βœπŸΌπŸ§—πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸŽ»

Essentially, as long as you’re alone with your thoughts & undertaking during any activity, you’re successfully spending some πŸŽ–

πŸ’«Why is Me-time so important?

Because, whether we believe it or not, our mind & body are connected πŸ”

For our mind & body to function optimally, they need to be in sync πŸ‘―β€β™‚οΈ

When they aren’t, you may notice changes in both. Such as may manifest themselves in your body as aches & pains like stomach cramping, back or neck aches or even migraines πŸ˜΅πŸ€§πŸ€•

And the same principle applies reversed. If you have a physical injury that restricts you from undertaking usual activities, you may notice a change in mood, or concentration 😩

It is amazing how our mind & body communicate with us.

Regularly undertaking Me-Time allows you to understand their messages & take actions according to what you need to have a healthy mind, body & soul!

In the first week of September, we were so fortunate to collab with trainersingh for a whole hour of workout with JP Caliber in Week 4 of the Program! πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ’ͺ

Regular activity is an investment in your mind, body, & soul.
