Hereβs how you can get started:
π± The role & the work that you do is not as important as what skills & experiences you learn on the job.
π± Focus on building skills, rather than a profession or a job title, helps you in the long run. You can transfer these skills to new work, leverage them into a side hustle, or even start a new business.
π± Reflect on your current situation & the problems or challenges youβre thinking about.
π±Instead of focusing on increasing the number of connections, find ways to improve the quality of relationships in your network.
π±Seek to challenge yourself through whatever exercise you do.
π± Eating a lot of chips or chocolate? Pack that junk food away in the back of a cabinet or in the recesses of your pantry. Out of sight, out of mind.
π±Drink mostly juice or pop? Switch it out for a warm glass of water.

Me-time isnβt just spending time on your ownβ¦
...itβs about being present with yourself; π
is the conscious effort of taking (much needed) time-out to recharge your batteries β‘οΈ
Me-time can be spent in a range of ways & can vary from person to person π«π©π½βπ€βπ¨πΎπ¬
It can be achieved through having a bath, reading a book, going for a walk, performing getting your hair or nails done & various other activities π
π§πΌββοΈπππΆππ½βπΌπ§πΌββοΈπ»
Essentially, as long as youβre alone with your thoughts & undertaking during any activity, youβre successfully spending some π
π«Why is Me-time so important?
Because, whether we believe it or not, our mind & body are connected π
For our mind & body to function optimally, they need to be in sync π―ββοΈ
When they arenβt, you may notice changes in both. Such as may manifest themselves in your body as aches & pains like stomach cramping, back or neck aches or even migraines π΅π€§π€
And the same principle applies reversed. If you have a physical injury that restricts you from undertaking usual activities, you may notice a change in mood, or concentration π©
It is amazing how our mind & body communicate with us.
Regularly undertaking Me-Time allows you to understand their messages & take actions according to what you need to have a healthy mind, body & soul!

In the first week of September, we were so fortunate to collab with trainersingh for a whole hour of workout with JP Caliber in Week 4 of the Program! ππ½ββοΈππͺ

The same that make you feel better also help you concentrate & feel mentally sharp for tasks at hand.
Exercise also stimulates the growth of new brain cells & helps prevent age-related decline.

Regular activity is an investment in your mind, body, & soul.
When it becomes habit, it can foster your sense of self-worth & make you feel strong & powerful.
Youβll feel better about your appearance & by meeting even small exercise goals, youβll feel a sense of achievement.

Even short bursts of exercise in the morning or afternoon can help regulate your sleep patterns.
If you prefer to exercise at night, relaxing exercises such as yoga or gentle stretching can help promote sleep.

Increasing your heart rate several times a week will give you more get-up-and-go.
Start off with just a few minutes of exercise per day & increase your workout as you feel more energized.

When faced with mental or in life, exercise can help you build & cope in a healthy way, instead of resorting to alcohol, drugs, or other negative behaviors that ultimately only make your symptoms worse.
