This program is introduced with a reason. Every month we recieve request for joining our full time program from different part of the world. Students already have graduated from some pastry school and cannot enroll again because of time and money. They are not happy with their learning and find our program more detailed and world class. Pastry chefs looking for more ideas about their pastry shops

or production business. This program try to balance all by taking workshop in 8 different topics and try to bring the Participants at an International level. Small batches , informal atmosphere make this program very very uniques
