为什么别人都抄完了，孩子还在不停地抬头、低头？👀✏️

有些家长会觉得：
是不是孩子写字太慢？
是不是不够专心？
是不是动作总是比别人慢一点？

其实，“抄黑板”看起来只是一个简单的课堂任务，大脑却需要同时完成好几个步骤。🧠

孩子需要先看清黑板、找到正确的位置，再把刚看到的内容暂时记住；低头写下来之后，还要重新抬头找到刚才的位置，继续下一段。

这个过程中，需要多项能力互相配合，包括：
👁️ 视觉处理｜看清、寻找及追踪黑板上的内容
🧠 工作记忆｜短暂记住刚刚看到的信息
🎯 注意力｜在“看黑板”和“写下来”之间稳定切换

所以，当孩子抄写速度比较慢时，我们可以先不急着催他“快一点”。

It may look like a simple classroom task, but copying from the board actually requires the brain to coordinate several abilities at the same time. 🧠

什么是「原始反射」？

原始反射是宝宝出生早期，由大脑与神经系统参与产生的自然反应，例如：

• Moro Reflex 惊吓反射
• ATNR 非对称性紧张性颈反射
• STNR 对称性紧张性颈反射

随着孩子成长、运动与环境互动，这些反射通常会逐渐整合。

Some children may seem easily distracted, restless, or slow when learning.

But sometimes, it may be more than just a matter of attitude or concentration.
