Giving Back Through Self-Care ❤️

As part of our CSR initiative, we had the privilege of introducing TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) to primary school teachers.

Teachers give so much to their students every day. This session was our way of giving them a simple tool to release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and take care of themselves.

Because when teachers feel supported, they can continue to support the next generation.

Intimacy taught me to let go of control and the need to be right.

It taught me to create a safe space where I can genuinely feel each moment from the heart. And in that permission lies a quiet strength.

As I began to embrace myself and truly see who I am, the judgment I held toward myself and others gradually faded away.

I came to realize that true strength is not about controlling everything. It is about allowing, accepting, and being deeply connected to the reality of the present moment.

I joined the Power of Intimacy Workshop because the word “intimacy” immediately caught my attention. I was curious about what intimacy truly meant beyond relationships.

Throughout the workshop, I discovered that intimacy begins with connecting with myself. For the first time, I learned to slow down and allow myself to truly feel my emotions instead of ignoring them.

For a long time, whenever my body wanted to express sadness, fear, anger, or joy, I would suppress those feelings and keep moving forward. I thought that was the right thing to do, but over time I became like a robot functioning, but not truly living.

This workshop helped me realize that my emotions are not something to avoid; they are messages that deserve to be acknowledged. By allowing myself to feel, I have become more authentic and more connected with who I truly am.

The greatest takeaway for me is that being vulnerable is not a weakness. It is through embracing my emotions that I can finally be real with myself, and only then can I build genuine intimacy with others.

Sometimes, we don’t need a new plan—we simply need a reminder of why we started.

Our Mid-Year Plan the Year Review may have been a small group, but the conversations were honest, the reflections were meaningful, and the energy was inspiring.

One simple activity—the Bus Stop Exercise—led to powerful questions:
🚌 Am I on track?
🚌 Have I taken a detour?
🚌 Am I stuck?
🚌 Or is it time for a new direction?

It reminded us that the year isn’t over. There’s still time to reset, refocus, and move forward with intention.

Not every prison has walls.

Sometimes, it’s the story we keep telling ourselves. The comfort we refuse to leave.
The fear of discovering who we could become.

Growth asks us to step into places we’ve never been—within ourselves. That can feel uncertain. Even uncomfortable.

But what if the life you’ve been searching for isn’t somewhere out there?

What if it’s waiting on the other side of the courage to truly know yourself?

To our Transformation Training graduates: thank you for choosing the path that isn’t always easy, but is always worthwhile. Your courage reminds us that transformation isn’t about becoming someone else—it’s about uncovering who we’ve been all along.

Perhaps the unknown isn’t something to fear.

Perhaps it’s where we finally meet ourselves.
